I prepared a Chinese song playlist on our Sons of the Singularity website. This Youtube Playlist contains the song from which each of the Stretch Goals names are derived. .
Additionally, this post contains a link to a compilation of jazz music from Buck Clayton, who played in Shanghai up to the Japanese invasion. There were many African American jazz muscisians in Shanghai in the 1920s and early 30s; jazz was all the rage in Shanghai. One famous group was Earl Whaley and the Red Hot Syncopators, who played in China before the war and wound up playing in the foreigner “camps” until it was liberated by the allies in 1945.
